Eagle Trailways currently has a Satisfactory safety rating, the highest possible issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation http://www.safersys.org. We are also an approved carrier for the Department of Defense by the Surface Deployment Distribution Command. To obtain and keep this approval Eagle Trailways must go through extensive inspections and audits on a regular basis and maintain liability insurance in the amount of 5 million dollars per occurrence.
